1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using DTPLAY Mail, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from them. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
3. Domains and mailboxes
You may connect only domains you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for accurate DNS records, lawful use of addresses, and obtaining permission from people whose information you process.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use DTPLAY Mail for unlawful activity, phishing, malware, bulk abuse, impersonation, harassment, fraud, or distribution of content that violates applicable law or third-party rights. Our Acceptable Use Policy provides more detail.
5. Payments and plans
Paid features are billed according to the plan and payment method shown at checkout or in your account. Manual and cryptocurrency payments may require review before activation. Taxes, currency conversion, and bank charges may apply.
6. Suspension and termination
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or maintain service security. You may close your account at any time; accrued payment obligations remain due.
7. Your content and our service
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, store, back up, and display it to provide the service. Logos Ouse retains rights in DTPLAY Mail software, branding, and documentation.
8. Disclaimers and liability
DTPLAY Mail is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, Logos Ouse disclaims implied warranties and will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update. Contact us through the service support channel for questions.
