1. How to request deletion
Send a request from your account email address to support@webmail.dtplay.site with the subject “Data deletion request”. You may also contact us through the Contact us page.
2. What we delete
We will delete or anonymise your account profile, mailbox settings, domains, notification preferences, and stored mailbox data that we are not required to retain.
3. What may be retained
We may retain limited payment, security, abuse-prevention, and legal records for the period required by applicable law or needed to resolve disputes and protect the service.
4. Processing timeline
We will confirm your request, verify account ownership, and begin processing without undue delay. Some deletion operations may take additional time where backups or legal retention requirements apply.
5. Before requesting deletion
Download anything you need before submitting the request. Account deletion may permanently remove messages, mailbox addresses, domains, drafts, attachments, and billing history that is not legally required to be retained.
