Prohibited activity
You may not use DTPLAY Mail to send spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, scams, impersonation, unlawful threats, hate or harassment, fraudulent transactions, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights.
Mailbox and domain responsibility
You must control or be authorised to use every connected domain. Do not create addresses to deceive recipients, evade enforcement, or operate undisclosed bulk campaigns. Keep account credentials secure and maintain valid recovery information.
Enforcement
We may investigate reports, restrict messages, suspend mailboxes, remove content where legally required, or terminate accounts when we reasonably believe this policy or applicable law has been violated. We may preserve relevant records for safety and legal compliance.
Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse through the support channel shown in DTPLAY Mail. Include enough detail for us to investigate without sharing unnecessary personal information.
